Overview
I run, curate and solely write for the monthly Ethnofusion blog which is one of, if not the lead discovery channel for world fusion electronic music, offering finds across all electronic sub-genres in terms of styles, beats per minute (BPM) and moods. In the blog’s lifetime, I have listened to over 10000 songs, carefully handpicking around 600 picks, writing reviews, interpretations, and interviews for them.
Beyond being a music discovery channel, I use this opportunity to broaden my knowledge of this type of music, highlighting projects that have higher sentimental value, such as charity causes, infra-music conceptual stories and tradition-preserving qualities.
Recently, a metric was introduced to the blog in order to back the opinions in a more robust and consistent way, also providing a means of defining ‘good’ music, as heard through my prism.
The blog is accesible on Soundcloud or through the Outtallectuals website:

Live concerts
Ethnofusion has also been a main theme in many Outtallectuals live shows. These parties and performances mix the aesthetic of live instrumental world folk with electronic music to create a unique modern yet traditional experience.
